What To Do With Leftover Brownies

I know, I know. You're probably thinking, "What are left over brownies?"

It doesn't often happen in our house either but it does occasionally some about that we have some brownies still in the pan. I had seen a pin with pretty little brownie bites with a dollop of Redi Whip with a raspberry on top all held together by a toothpick. I saw our brownie pan and thought, "Hmmm, I have nothing but the brownies as far as the ingredients go...I'm going to try it!"

Thankfully, I had strawberries on hand and I have recently become a huge fan of homemade whipped topping. I heart it in a big way. But I knew I wouldn't be able to make that pretty dollop with out a bit more hassle than I had time for so I topped my less than perfectly cut brownie bites with half a strawberry and placed a small bowl of whipped topping in the center of the serving plate.

It looked pretty and it tasted good. Everybody was happy.

    1. It was a fluke for us too. Of course you could just make a pan of brownies special for this ;-)
